Promoter
The Promoter of this competition is Gaf Control, located at 24a Park W Dr, Derrimut VIC 3026, Australia.
Eligibility
- The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
- The entry must be made on the
- Employees of Gaf Control, affiliated agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Participants must be able to collect the prize from the Promoter’s Derrimut office or one of the authorised resellers.
Competition Period
- The competition will commence on Friday, 1 November 2024, and end on Saturday, 30 November 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST.
How to Enter
- To enter, participants must (1) like the competition post, (2) follow our Facebook page, and (3) tag a friend in the post’s comments. Each tag counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed.
Prize
- One (1) winner will be randomly selected to win a Coleman Revolution™ 4 Burner BBQ (RRP $1,399).
- The winner will not be able to exchange the prize for cash or any other alternatives.
- The prize is not transferable.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
Selection of Winner
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- The draw will take place on Monday, 2nd December 2024, at 12:00 PM AEST at 24a Park W Dr, Derrimut VIC 3026.
- The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be drawn.
Prize Collection
- The winner must collect the BBQ from Gaf Control’s Derrimut office or from one of the authorised resellers. Delivery is not available. Collection needs to be within 90 days of the draw.
Publicity
- By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and any associated photos or videos for promotional purposes by Gaf Control without additional compensation.
Data Protection
- Personal information provided by participants will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Gaf Control’s privacy policy.
General
- The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the winner's use of the prize.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorised human intervention during the competition.
